To edit an employee's work address to a new work location, administrators must first add the new work address in Gusto.
Important
The work address of an employee can impact their tax liability. Do not delete old work addresses unless your employee(s) never actually worked there. Instead, add a new work location following the steps below and then change the employee(s) to the new location and include when they started working at the new location.
If you're adding a work location in a new state (including for an employee who is working from home in a new state), you'll need to register for payroll taxes in that state—heads up, registration can take up to 4 weeks (varies by state)
Once you've added the new address, you can apply it to individual employee accounts by following these steps:

Administrators with the required permissions can edit an employee's job title from their admin Gusto account.
If you do not see the option to change an employee's job title, please reach out to the primary administrator of your company's Gusto account.
