Add notes to your employee's profile

Admins can leave notes in your employee's profile to track important information for their personal records. These notes are only visible to the other administrators on your Gusto account.  

  1. Click the People section and select Team members.
  2. Click on your employee's name.
  3. Toggle to the Notes tab on the page.
  4. Type your note into the field, and click Save when it's complete.

The note will now be recorded with a time and date stamp. If needed, hover over the note to Edit or Delete.
