QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets) is an employee time tracking and scheduling solution for a mobile and hourly workforce.
With the Gusto and QuickBooks Time integration, you can run payroll more efficiently by syncing employee time tracking data to payroll. Contractor data is not included in the sync—be sure to manually add contractor hours when you run payroll.
Before you run your next payroll, you can import employees and pay periods, or export approved hours.
Paid time off accrual: if you've set up paid time off in Gusto, hours that you export to Gusto from Quickbooks time contribute to time off accrual. However, if PTO accruals are set up in both Gusto and QuickBooks Time, Gusto does not receive updated PTO balances. Refer to QuickBooks Time for the most up-to-date time off accruals.
Making changes to synced hours: if you haven't run payroll yet, you can un-approve, re-approve, then re-run the export from Quickbooks Time. This will overwrite previously synced data for that pay period. If you've already run payroll, hours for that pay period cannot be changed.
