Deputy is an all-in-one employee scheduling, time and attendance, tasking, and communication platform.
With the Gusto and Deputy integration, Deputy automatically imports employee records from Gusto and syncs approved hours to Gusto every pay period. Multiple pay rates are sent to Gusto as one lump sum. If you have paid time off, only vacation and sick hours are sent from Deputy to Gusto.
If you have your employees set up in Gusto and need to import them to your Deputy account, follow these directions. Note: We support multiple pay rates with this integration.
In your Deputy account, click People.
Click Add People.
Click Import people.
Select the location for these workers.
Click Import or Upload a file and select Gusto.
Enter your Gusto admin credentials.
Click Add People.
Check out Deputy's help article for more information on this integration.
Once you're ready to export timesheets from Deputy to Gusto, read the important reminders below and then export.
Important reminders
