Customers on the Plus and Premium plans have access to team surveys and insights—admins can upgrade at any time.
Team insights are a great way to take a pulse on how your employees are feeling about a wide range of themes at work. Once team insights is turned on, we'll email a survey to your employees' work email once a month with preset questions you'll select.

If this is your first survey, we'll send it the Wednesday after you turn on the feature. If you've sent a survey before, we'll send these new surveys on the same schedule as your previous survey.

We'll email a survey to your employees' work email each month to take a pulse on how they're feeling about various topics at work. While the topics vary each survey, every month we include a question to gauge employee happiness.

A few reminders
We'll include one employee happiness question on each survey—this will be a statement (see below) that employees can agree or disagree with. This question can provide key insight into your employees’ feelings about work, and many companies use these survey results as a type of net promoter score.
The statement is: “I would recommend [your company name] as a great place to work.”
Employees can select from five answers ranging from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree.” They may also add reasons for their responses and leave comments. At this time, their answers cannot be exported.
To disable team insights/surveys altogether, follow the steps below.
