Procare Online is a software solution designed for childcare centers and offers an all-in-one solution for saving time and money.
Gusto integrates with Procare Online to:
- Sync employee names (first and last) and emails from Procare Online to Gusto
- Push approved hours from Procare Online to Gusto in real time.

Set up the Procare Online + Gusto integration

Sign in to your Procare Online account.
- Click Staff Timecard.
- Click Get Started if you don't already have a Gusto account, or click Already Have Gusto if you do.
- Get Started: This will take you to a Gusto landing page with next steps.
- Already Have Gusto: This will take you to your Settings page in Procare Online to connect the integration.
Once the integration is connected, you can view your Staff Timecard tab to see your employee's total hours that have synced to Gusto. Navigate to Gusto to run payroll.
