Gusto integrates with Procare Online to:
Sync employee names (first and last) and emails from Procare Online to Gusto
Push approved hours from Procare Online to Gusto in real time.

You must be an admin in Gusto and Procare to set up the integration. It is available on the Gusto Simple, Plus, and Premium plans with no add-ons needed.
Click Staff Timecard.
Click Get Started if you don't already have a Gusto account, or click Already Have Gusto if you do.
Get Started: This will take you to a Gusto landing page with next steps.
Already Have Gusto: This will take you to your Settings page in Procare Online to connect the integration.
Once the integration is connected, you can view your Staff Timecard tab to see your employees' total hours that have synced to Gusto. Go to Gusto to run payroll.

What does the real-time sync with Gusto show? Does Procare send clock-in and clock-out times?
Gusto shows how many hours were worked, but not the exact times someone clocked in or out.
Does Gusto show daily hours or a total for the pay period?
Gusto shows a running total of hours for the whole pay period.
How is overtime handled?
Synced hours go into Gusto as regular time. If someone works overtime, the school will need to track or enter that manually.
