Clientrak! is a salon management platform that gives you tools to help run and manage your business.
Gusto integrates with Clientrak! to allow users to sync their employees and employee's time and attendance.
Customers who join Gusto from Clientrak! will receive Gusto free for their first 3 months.
Integration details
The integration between Clientrak! and Gusto will sync:
- Employee names and emails
- Time and attendance data
- Hours, tips, and commissions
Connect to Clientrak!
- Open Clientrak! on your desktop.
- Select Reports.
- Select Payroll/Gusto.
- You will be redirected to Gusto to sign in.
- Sign in to Gusto.
Sync employees to Gusto
This feature will match and/or add employees to either system.
- Sign in to Clientrak!.
- Select Setup from the top bar.
- Select ID and Payroll/Gusto.
- Select Employee and confirm First name, Last Name, and Email.
- Select Edit on Employee to confirm Pay type(s) and rates.
- Select Gusto Payroll/Load IDs to confirm the information sync.
Sync hours, tips, and commissions to Gusto
- Sign in to Clientrak!.
- Select Reports.
- Select Payroll.
- Select Gusto Payroll.
- Select the applicable Pay Period.
- Click Next.
- Select the applicable pay calculations (service, retail, tips, etc) and click next.
- Select Upload Checks.
- If everything looks correct, click OK and run payroll in Gusto.
- If an error message appears, you will be directed to fix the error by editing employee hours or info.
