You can securely upload documents to your Gusto Retirement account whether you're a 401(k) participant, an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) saver, or a plan administrator.
Important: Documents related to 401(k) plans or other financial accounts can contain sensitive information. For security, we do not accept email attachments. Instead, upload your documents directly through the secure portal on your dashboard.
To upload documents through Gusto, follow these steps.
Sign in to Gusto.
Go to the Documents tab.
Select Retirement.
Select Shared files.
Select Add document.
Complete the prompts so we know which document applies.
After you submit your upload, contact our retirement specialists so we can review your files and help with your request.
To upload documents directly through Gusto Retirement, follow these steps.

To upload documents through the direct Gusto Retirement sign-in page:
Select your company name in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select Resource Library.
Go to the Shared Files section.
Select Upload a File.
Find the document on your computer and upload it.
If you accessed your dashboard through your main Gusto account (Benefits > Active Benefits > 401(k) > Manage), follow these steps:
Select Resource Library.
Go to the Shared files section.
Select Upload a file.
Find the document on your computer and upload it.
