If you have a balance in a Gusto 401(k) or Individual Retirement Account (IRA)—or you’re a trustee of a 401(k)—we send a notification once a year asking you to review your account and our policies. No action is required, but it’s a good opportunity to make sure your personal information is up to date and your account selections still meet your needs.
The email is a reminder to review your personal information, beneficiary details, and current investment choices. It also shares our Form ADV, Privacy Policy, and Investment Statements.
We send an email with a task that lets you make all these changes in one workflow, but you can update your account on your own at any time. These articles can help:
The verification process takes no more than 5–10 minutes, but you are not obligated to make any changes at this time.
You can always review your personal information through the Account Settings section in your dashboard. If you would like to review your investments, go to the Portfolio section.
If you are no longer with the company that sponsored your 401(k), learn more about the options for your 401(k) funds.
If you would like to opt out of communications, contact our retirement care team.
No action is required. The email is for informational purposes and provides details about our Form ADV, Privacy Policy, and Investment Statements. You can also review these documents at any time through the Resource Library in your account.
If you’re no longer affiliated with your company or you need to make a trustee change, follow the instructions on how to remove an administrator, collaborator, or trustee for next steps.
