When an employer sponsors a Gusto 401(k) plan, they can add administrators to help manage the account. Depending on your responsibilities, you may be assigned one of the following roles:
Trustee
Primary benefit administrator
Admin
Finance
Finance admin
Each role has different permission levels. Learn about the permissions associated with each role.
Sign in to your 401(k) administrator dashboard through Gusto (Benefits > Active Benefits > 401(k) > Manage) or directly at the Gusto Retirement sign-in page.
Select the account you'd like to access. Your role for each account appears in the associated listing.
If you do not have the role you need to help manage the 401(k) plan, reach out to your plan's trustee or primary benefit administrator. They can add you as a plan collaborator or update your access level.
