Report filing Form 7200 to Gusto

Heads up—the use of this form is no longer recommended as the programs have ended. We'll remove this article in 2022, the below info is for past reference only.

If you’ve requested advance payment of the qualified sick and family leave credits and the employee retention credit from the IRS by filing form 7200, this must be reported to Gusto.

It's important we record amounts from any Form 7200 that is filed so that we will not continue to apply the credit on future payrolls or request it as a refund at the end of quarter. For more information on IRS form 7200, click here.
