Timeero is a robust GPS time tracking app that delivers time tracking, mileage tracking and scheduling all in one place.
Gusto integrates with Timeero to sync employee time sheets directly from Timeero to Gusto.
Customers who join Gusto from Timeero will receive Gusto free for their first 3 months. When they sign up through Timeero, the discount will automatically apply to their account.
Click the Integrations drop-down.
Click Add Integration.
Under “Gusto”, elect to Connect to Gusto, or Create a company (in Gusto).
Connect to Gusto: proceed to step 5.
Create a company: you’ll be directed to a new page to begin the creation of your Gusto account.
You’ll be directed to Gusto to enter your sign-in credentials and Authorize.
Within the Gusto integration page in Timeero, click Sync Changes from Gusto to import employees and jobs from your Gusto account to Timeero.
Ensure you’re on the Map Gusto Employees tab.
For each Gusto employee, select the matching Timeero employee from the drop-down and select Map Employee on the right side of the screen.
You’ll need to complete this for all employees—check for a green success banner at the top of the page when mapping employees.
Click the Map Gusto Jobs tab.
For each Gusto Job, match it to the corresponding Timeero Job in the drop-down, then select Map Job on the right side of the screen.
You’ll need to complete this for all jobs.
Once you have mapped all employees and jobs, you can start sending reports and time sheets to Gusto. To do so, follow these steps:
Exported reports (hours) will sync to your Gusto account. To view the hours, click the Payroll section and select Run payroll. Choose the applicable pay period and click Run Payroll to view hours on page one of the flow.
