Integrate with EasyLlama

EasyLlama offers modern and easy-to-use interactive trainings on sexual harassment prevention for employees.

Gusto integrates with EasyLlama to sync employees directly from Gusto to EasyLlama and automatically assign the annual harassment training. 

Customers who join Gusto from EasyLlama will receive Gusto payroll free for their first 3 months. 

Connect to Gusto from EasyLlama 

1. Sign in to EasyLlama.
2. Click Settings in the menu on the left.
3. Click Integrations under “Settings”.
   • If you don’t see this option, request access from EasyLlama directly.
4. Click on Connect to Gusto.
5. Click Authorize in the pop-up window.
   • This will direct you to Gusto’s website.
6. Enter your Gusto credentials and click Sign In.
   • You'll be redirected back to EasyLlama Integrations Page. 
7. To confirm you’ve been connected successfully, check that Gusto is listed as "Connected" on the Integrations page. 

Sync employees from Gusto to EasyLlama

Employees in Gusto will automatically sync to your EasyLlama account at midnight every day. Users are matched between systems based on email address.

For a successful sync:

• All new employees must be fully onboarded in Gusto. 
• All employees must have a work address in Gusto.
  • This determines their location in EasyLlama.
• Supervisors must have at least one direct report assigned in Gusto.
  • Needed for users taking the “supervisor” training.

If you don’t see one or more employees listed in your EasyLlama account that you’d expect, wait one business day for the employee(s) to sync, or click Refresh from the Integrations page.

Trainings will be automatically assigned within a week and are based on a variety of factors which include: role, location, and whether or not they have direct reports.
