This article is for admins who want to connect EasyLlama to Gusto for employee training.
EasyLlama offers interactive sexual harassment prevention training for employees.
When you connect Gusto to EasyLlama, we sync your employees to EasyLlama and automatically assign the annual harassment training.
Note: Customers who join Gusto from EasyLlama will receive Gusto payroll free for their first 3 months.
Before you can sync employees, you need to connect your Gusto and EasyLlama accounts.
To connect your accounts:
From the menu on the left, click Settings.
Under Settings, click Integrations.
If you cannot find this option, contact EasyLlama directly to request access.
Click Connect to Gusto.
In the pop-up window, click Authorize.
This will direct you to Gusto’s website.
Enter your Gusto credentials and click Sign In.
You’ll be redirected back to the EasyLlama Integrations page.
To confirm you connected successfully, check that Gusto is listed as Connected on the Integrations page.
Employees in Gusto sync to your EasyLlama account at midnight every day. Users are matched between systems based on email address.
For a successful sync:
All new employees need to be fully onboarded in Gusto.
All employees need to have a work address in Gusto.
This determines their location in EasyLlama.
Supervisors need to have at least one direct report assigned in Gusto.
Needed for users taking the “Supervisor” training
If you cannot find one or more employees in your EasyLlama account, wait one business day for them to sync, or click Refresh on the Integrations page.
Trainings will be automatically assigned within a week based on role, location, and whether the employee has direct reports.
