Q: Do employees need a computer to take the training?
A: No. Employees can also access the training on a smartphone or tablet.
Q: Does Traliant offer a course for managers?
A: Yes. Traliant recommends this course for anyone in a supervisory role. Many states with mandatory harassment prevention training also require that manager training include additional information, so it runs longer than the standard employee training.
Q: How do I assign training to meet the requirements for team members in Chicago?
A: Chicago employees and managers need Chicago Editions of both Preventing Discrimination and Harassment and Bystander Intervention training. Once you purchase the two courses, either:
Add the individual learner information, making sure you select “manager” for anyone in a supervisory role and IL-Chicago for their location.
Or, use the Gusto integration feature to import the learner information. Confirm the role and location and edit if needed.
The Learning Management System (LMS) will automatically assign the course versions that meet the Chicago training mandate.
