Integrate with GoalSpan

1. Sign in to GoalSpan. 
2. In the upper left menu, click Company profile.
3. Click Integrations. 
4. Click the arrow next to Gusto.
5. If you already use Gusto, click Use an existing Gusto account. To get started with Gusto, click Create a new Gusto account.
   • Clicking Create a new Gusto account will send your name, email, phone number, and company name to Gusto. You'll receive an email from Gusto to set up your company Gusto account.
6. Select the company(ies) you’d like to authorize access for. 
   • If you select more than one company, GoalSpan will combine all the data into one GoalSpan account.
7. Enter your Gusto credentials and click Sign In. 
8. Click Authorize. 

Your directory In GoalSpan will be refreshed in 15 minutes or less. Syncs from Gusto to GoalSpan recur every 15 minutes thereafter. Fields that sync:

• Gusto ID
• Job title
• First, middle, and last name
• Manager
• Work email
• Hire date
• Status
• Department
• Work address
• Pay rate

1. Sign in to GoalSpan. 
2. In the upper left menu, click Company profile.
3. Click Integrations. 
4. Click the arrow next to Gusto.
5. Click Run Sync.

You can run a manual sync in between automatic syncs, or when you have the automatic sync paused or disconnected.

If the integration is disconnected or paused, you can still update employee details in Gusto, but you’ll need to manually sync the data to GoalSpan using the instructions in the section above.

2. In the upper left menu, click Company profile.
3. Click Integrations. 
4. Click the arrow next to Gusto.
5. Click the Disconnect, Pause, or Resume sync button.
