When you set up the Gusto and Connecteam integration, you can streamline payroll by sending employees’ timesheets (including regular hours, overtime, and double-time hours) from Connecteam to Gusto.
Customers who join Gusto from Connecteam will receive Gusto payroll free for their first 3 months.

Your company’s Gusto and Connecteam accounts are now integrated. At the end of your next pay period, follow the steps below to export your Connecteam timesheets to Gusto.
At the end of a pay period, follow the steps below to send timesheets from Connecteam to Gusto to streamline your payroll.
Once the sync is complete, you can review the synced timesheet data in your Gusto admin account: head to the Payroll section, click Run payroll, and select the pay period.
Re-exporting data: If employees’ timesheets change before you run payroll and you need to update a pay period you’ve already sent to Gusto, follow the same steps above to re-send the timesheets to Gusto. Hours you export from Connecteam will always overwrite any hours in Gusto. Empty timesheets will not overwrite information that already exists in Gusto.
You may receive this error if your Gusto admin credentials have changed and you need to reauthorize the integration. Click Resolve in the error message and follow the instructions to reconnect.
