This article is for admins who want to learn about Gusto’s compliance training courses.
We offer compliance-based training courses for US employees, US contractors, and non-US contractors with a Gusto profile.

Each course is individually priced. We add courses your company enrolls in to your monthly invoice under the “Gusto Learning” section.
We only charge you for participants who start a course. Once a participant starts a course, we add the course fee to your monthly invoice. Your monthly invoice might vary depending on when participants start courses (at the end of the month vs. the beginning of the month).
If you remove a participant from a course before they start it, or if they leave your company before starting it, we will not charge you.

Q: Can I change the due date?
A: No, you cannot change the due date at this time.
Q: My employee did not complete a course, and it now shows as “discontinued.” What should I do?
A: We updated a few courses in Gusto Learning. The archived or “discontinued” courses still meet all current state requirements. Any team members you assigned to these courses can still complete the training, which fulfills any state harassment prevention training requirement in all 50 states. If you need to assign an employee to a training, search for the updated training in the course catalog.
Q: Do you offer continuing education (CE) credits for completing a course?
A: No. These courses do not currently offer continuing education (CE) credit.
