If your payroll admin has enrolled you in a Gusto Learning course, you can complete it right in your Gusto account—courses can be completed online, anywhere, at any time.
If you don’t see the Learning section in your account, your employer has not set it up. Contact your employer for help.
There are a few different ways you can start the course you're enrolled in. Either click the link in the email your admin sent, or click the notification on your Home page.
Some courses require quizzes—if this is the case for the course you’re enrolled in, you’ll be prompted to take the quiz and pass it in order to receive the course certificate.
Click Let’s do it on your Home page training notification.
Click the course name.
Click Launch course.
Fill out the required prompts, like your name and preferred language.
Complete the course.
If you’re unable to complete the course in one sitting, your progress will automatically be saved in the system, allowing you to take it at your own pace. If you don’t finish the course before the due date, the course will appear as “Overdue” and you’ll receive reminders to complete it.
Click the Learning section.
Select the course you wish to resume.
Fill out the required prompts.
Complete the course.
You can download your certificate of completion right in your Gusto account.
Click the Learning section.
Select the Complete courses tab.
Click the three dots under the “Actions” menu.
Select Download certificate.
