Gusto Learning for employees and domestic contractors

There are a few different ways you can start the course you're enrolled in. Either click the link in the email your admin sent, or click the notification on your dashboard.

Some courses require quizzes—if this is the case for the course you’re enrolled in, you’ll be prompted to take the quiz and pass it in order to receive the course certificate.

Start a Gusto Learning course

1. Sign in to your Gusto account. 
2. Click Let’s do it on your dashboard training notification.
3. Click the course name.
4. Click Launch course.
5. Fill out the required prompts, like your name and preferred language. 
6. Complete the course.

If you’re unable to complete the course in one sitting, your progress will automatically be saved in the system, allowing you to take it at your own pace. If you don’t finish the course before the due date, the course will appear as “Overdue” and you’ll receive reminders to complete it. 

Resume a Gusto Learning course

1. Sign in to your Gusto account.
2. Click the Learning section.
3. Select the course you wish to resume.
4. Fill out the required prompts.
5. Complete the course.

You can download your certificate of completion right in your Gusto account.

1. Sign in to your Gusto account.
2. Click the Learning section.
3. Select the Complete courses tab.
4. Click the three dots under the “Actions” menu. 
5. Select Download certificate.
