Gusto Connect is an online space where modern accountants can connect, collaborate, and co-create on topics ranging from payroll to People Advisory—all while earning swag and prizes. It’s available to our Gusto partners as a benefit of our partner program.

Using Gusto Connect
  1. Sign in to your Gusto Pro account
  2. Click Community under Professional Growth on the left-hand side.
    • You'll need to re-authenticate the first time you log in with Gusto credentials.
    • If you’re having trouble accessing your account, email [email protected].
  3. Review our community platform.
    • The Home page shows recommended Activities, ongoing discussions, the latest activity completed by a peer, and a global leaderboard to see where you rank compared to other community members.
      • You can manage your Notifications, Inbox, Rewards, and Profile on the top right-hand side.
      • Recommended activities are specific to your profile and experience.
      • Scroll down to see different discussions—select “Latest, Top, or Categories” to best find what you’re interested in.
      • Create a new topic by clicking New Topic or the search button to find a topic of interest.
    • The Activities page shows different journeys with multiple-stage activities you can complete for points. You can also suggest an activity that speaks to your expertise or our member community.
    • The Rewards page shows all rewards available to redeem, plus you can add some to your wishlist.

Q: Who’s eligible for Gusto Connect? 
A: Anyone with a Gusto Pro account can log in using the same credentials. 

Q: How do I access Gusto Connect? 
A: Simply log into your Gusto Pro account. Click on the “Professional Growth” tab in the left-hand navigation, then click on “Community” OR go directly to connect.gusto.com

Q: Can I ask technical support or care questions on Connect? 
A: No, our admins aren’t equipped to help you with support questions. Instead, use [email protected] or call (800) 936-0383, and we’ll be happy to help.

Q: Can I promote my business? 
A: Please don’t promote or advertise your services without permission. You may, however, link to your content when it helps to further a conversation: When you’re tagged in any message or post; If one of the admins provides an open thread allowing links and self-promo; If it’s relevant to a post by another business owner.

Q: How do I get points and rewards? 
A: Complete activities on the homepage and get rewarded with points, then head to the rewards tab and pick anything you’d like. The more points you collect, the more swag you can get.

Q: Is my reward shipped directly to me, and how long does it take to receive it? 
A: Once you pick a reward, you’ll be asked to provide your address, and the swag will be delivered between 5-10 business days.
