Gusto integrates with Bonusly to reduce administrative overhead by syncing your employee records from Gusto to Bonusly.
Customers who join Gusto from Bonusly will receive Gusto payroll free for the first 3 months.
You must be an admin in both Gusto and Bonusly (global or tech admin) accounts, and you must be signed in to both accounts before proceeding.
Manually sync information from Gusto to Bonusly if you want to confirm employee information before launching Bonusly to them.
Enabling “Auto Activate” means that anytime a new employee is added to Gusto, they'll automatically be added to Bonusly–by default this is off. Most customers enable "Auto Activate" once they're ready to roll out Bonusly to the whole company.
Once a night, all new employees in Gusto that match your Activation Rules (see step 3 of the manual sync flow) will be automatically added to Bonusly. Any changes to applicable employee information will also be synced to Bonusly.
If you dismiss an employee in Gusto, they’ll be deactivated in the Bonusly after their dismissal date has passed.
