Integrate with Brandly

Brandly is a business card web-to-print solution that helps you manage, edit, and order business cards for multiple employees and distributed teams. 

Gusto integrates with Brandly to sync employees from Gusto to Brandly.

Customers who join Gusto from Brandly receive Gusto payroll free for their first 3 months.

Connect to Gusto from Brandly

  1. Sign in to Brandly.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to HR Integration and click into it.
  4. If you’re already a Gusto user, click Sign in with Gusto. If you’re new to Gusto, click Create Gusto Company.
    • If you chose to Create Gusto Company: 
      • Enter some basic information, then click Create Gusto Company again. To finish setup in Gusto, confirm your email by clicking Finish Setup On Gusto. Follow the remaining prompts, then check your email for the final steps to complete onboarding.
        • Once your Gusto account is started, return to the HR Integration page and click Sign in with Gusto.
  5. Enter your Gusto sign-in credentials and click Sign In.
  6. Click Authorize.
  7. Click Connect to [Company Name] to connect a company.

You’re now in the Brandly portal. Next, you’ll want to import team members.

Import team members

Employees from Gusto will be imported but contractors will not.

  1. From the Brandly Dashboard, under “Get Started,” click Import team members.
  2. Click Import to create/update the available team members.
  3. Click Done.

Once imported, you can upload your business card design, choose the style of paper, and more.

Integration settings

To review the last sync of employees:

  1. Go to Settings in Brandly.
  2. Scroll to HR Integration.
  3. Click on Gusto and you'll be able to review the timestamp of the most recent sync.
