Once you set up the Gusto and JobScore integration, you can send newly hired employees and contractors’ info from JobScore right to Gusto so you can onboard them more quickly.

Here's how to set up the integration:
The next time you hire a candidate in JobScore, you’ll be shown the option to send their info to Gusto so you can onboard them and add them to payroll. You can also do this from their Candidate profile in JobScore.
Follow these steps to sync a new hire's info from JobScore to Gusto.
If you receive an error when sending new hire info to Gusto, it may be because you need to reauthorize the connection. Here’s how:
This integration connects one JobScore account to one Gusto account.
If you have multiple JobScore and Gusto accounts, you can connect them to each other by repeating the steps above under “Connect to Gusto from JobScore.”
If you have multiple Gusto accounts and one JobScore account, you can connect one of them at a time. To switch companies, disconnect then reconnect from the Integrations section of JobScore.
