Go to your Settings and select Integrations.
Click Add Integration.
Select “Gusto” from the menu.
Click Save.
Sign in to your Gusto company account.
Click Authorize.
Jobcase is now authorized to send candidate information to Gusto when you're adding teammates.
Make sure you've added the Gusto integration in Jobcase (instructions above) before taking the steps below.
Go to Talent Pools and Select a Talent Pool.
Click a candidate to manage.
Click Action and choose Send to Gusto from the options.
Check the box Send to Gusto and leave all relevant hiring notes.
Click Confirm Status Change.
Jobcase will now send all candidate information to your Gusto onboarding dashboard.
If Jobcase information is not syncing to Gusto, it's likely the integration was disconnected.
To reconnect, add the Gusto integration again and resend the new hire information to Gusto—no data will be lost.
Go to Settings and select Integrations.
Click Actions, and select Delete.
Confirm you want to delete the integration.
Jobcase is now disconnected from your company account with Gusto.
