This article is for admins who want to manage paycheck estimate settings for their employees.
Paycheck estimate lets employees who are paid through Gusto view an estimate of their upcoming pay. It may appear up to 4 business days before the check date and disappear on the check date of the payroll when the official paystub is available.
This feature is only available in the Gusto mobile app. Employees cannot access it at www.gusto.com.
To turn paycheck estimate on or off for your employees:
Go to Pay.
In the top right, click Settings.
Next to Paycheck estimate, click Edit.
Click on the toggle to turn the feature on or off.
Click Save.
Important: The amount employees see is only an estimate based on payroll data. Canceling or reversing payroll may change what employees see. We notify employees that the estimate may not be accurate and can change based on various factors.
