Hide the pay amount in payday emails (for admins)

Admins can hide the pay amount in the payday emails that get sent to the team.

  1. Go to the Pay section and select Pay settings.
  2. In the "General" section, find "Private payday email" and click edit.
  3. Choose to show or hide pay details in new employees’ payday emails by switching the status.
    • Hide details will remove the dollar amount from the emails.
    • Show details will include the dollar amount.
  4. Click Save.

Employees and contractors can still switch this setting on or off in their own account.
