View your work schedule and daily shifts (for employees)

Your employer may use Gusto's Scheduling tool to post your work shifts right in your Gusto account.

To view the Schedule section of your account, the feature first needs to be turned on by your payroll administrator—reach out to your employer if you do not see this option.

You can view your assigned shifts on both the website and in the Gusto mobile app—learn how to clock in and out of work here.

Add your scheduled shifts to your personal calendar

  2. Click the Schedule section.
  3. In the top-right corner, click Calendar sync.
  4. Select the calendar you're syncing to:
    • Google: Google Calendar will open in a new tab, and you'll be prompted to add the calendar link to your calendar. Click Yes, add this calendar. See here for more details.
