Enable Gus, AI Assistant

You can enable Gus at anytime by following the steps below.

Sign in to Gusto.
Click the Settings section.
Under "Company", click Customization on the left-hand side.
Click edit next to "Gus, AI Assistant".
Click the toggle—when it turns green, it's enabled.
Click Save.

How to use Gus, AI Assistant

Simply click the sparkle icon ✨ (at the top-right of your page, by your name) to chat with Gus. Type your question in the message box and press enter.

Reminder: Al can make mistakes—Gus links to the source of the information, such as our Help Center, so you can verify it for yourself.

Rate Gus's response

Rating Gus's responses helps improve future responses.

Click the thumbs up icon if the response is good.
Click the thumbs down icon if the response is bad.

Disable Gus, AI Assistant

You can disable Gus at anytime by following the steps below.

Sign in to Gusto.
Click the Settings section.
Under "Company", click Customization on the left-hand side.
Click edit next to "Gus, AI Assistant".
Click the toggle—when it turns gray, it's disabled.
Click Save.
