Gus is available in the Gusto mobile app for employers and employees. Mobile Gus has all the same answers as web Gus, plus a few features built specifically for your phone:
Voice input: Tap the microphone to dictate your question instead of typing.
Photo and file upload: Snap a photo with your camera, choose an image from your gallery, or upload a document. You can upload one file at a time, and Gus accepts .pdf, .png, .jpeg, .jpg, and .doc files.
Suggested prompts: Gus offers a few starter prompts based on whether you're an employer or employee, so you can get to common questions faster.
Tap to reach a person: If you'd like to speak to a human, ask Gus to connect you with support, or type something like "talk to a human." Gus will offer Chat with Support, Email Us, or Call Gusto based on what's available.
To chat with Gus in the mobile app, follow these steps.
Open the Gusto mobile app and sign in.
In the top-right corner, tap the person icon.
Scroll down and tap Get help.
Tap Contact us to start a chat with Gus.
