Check the status of a support ticket

You can submit a ticket to our Support team through the Help section of your account.

If you submitted a ticket about payroll, taxes, benefits, or reported a notice in Gusto, you can now check the status of it.

View a list of open and closed tickets

  1. Sign in to Gusto. 
  2. Click the Help section.
  3. Next to “Check up on the status of your tickets”, click the View support tickets link.
  4. Click the subject of a ticket to get additional details about the status.

Toggle between the Open and Closed tabs to find current and historical tickets.
