Your Gusto Retirement participant dashboard offers a streamlined and easy-to-use retirement savings experience. This article covers how to access your dashboard, where to find key features, and how to update your settings.
Choose the path that matches how you signed in.
Sign in to Gusto and go to Benefits. Under Savings, find 401(k) and select View, then select Manage 401(k)

Your dashboard is designed to help you quickly find what you need.
The homepage of your dashboard provides a clear overview of your balances, contributions, portfolio assets, transactions, and notifications for all your Gusto Retirement accounts, so you can see all your important plan details in one place.
You can also easily toggle between accounts to make changes to details like contributions, portfolio selections, and settings.
The main menu on the left side of your dashboard lets you quickly find important pages. From the menu, you can make plan selections for your contributions, portfolio assets, and transfers (for rollovers and distributions).
The notifications and task center let's you know when you need to take action or review plan documents.
The Contributions page, accessible from the left navigation, lets you choose how much to contribute to your traditional and Roth retirement accounts. You can easily view your contributions, employer contributions, and your projected total for the year.
If you have more than one employer-sponsored retirement account, you can also report outside contributions at the bottom of this page. Tracking external contributions can help you stay within the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) limits.
The Documents section contains essential plan documents, including annual and quarterly statements, tax files, plan disclosures, and terms of service.
The Shared Files section is a secure way to share items with our retirement support team.
Your personal and plan settings are where you can view your account details and make changes.
Personal settings: View and edit your contact information, beneficiaries, and security features, like your password and 2-step verification.
Plan settings: Review plan information, including your account number, vesting schedule, and any applicable employer contributions.
