When will my claim be reimbursed?

If approved, you'll receive an email with reimbursement information so you can choose how you'd like to be reimbursed.

  • If you chose to be reimbursed via check, it'll arrive between 7-10 days.
  • If you chose to be reimbursed via direct deposit, it will appear in the bank account listed under “Reimbursement Details” in your Gusto Benefits Card Manager as a “MBI or Med-I-Bank” credit within 3-5 business days.
