Dispute a Gusto benefits card transaction

To dispute a fraudulent transaction, follow these steps: 
  1. Sign into your Gusto benefits card manager account.
  2. Scroll to the transaction section and click See all.
  3. Find the transaction in question and click Dispute.
  4. Fill out and sign the dispute form.
If the dispute is approved, you should see a refund on your account within 55 days.
