Record time off for your team (account managers)

Sign in to your Gusto account and follow these steps to record time off for your team:

  1. Click the Time Off tab.

  2. Below the My Team’s Time Off tile, click Manage Requests.

  3. Click Record Employee Time Off.

  4. Input the time off details.

  5. Click Record Time Off to save.

When you’re done, the time off  will be automatically approved and the employee will get an email letting them know that you’ve added this on their behalf. All approved requests will appear in the Time Off Tracker.
