Review and manage your offer letters

Once you’ve extended an offer to a prospective employee, we’ll keep track of those offers and their status. To review offers—past and pending—follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the People tab of your admin account.
  2. Navigate to the Offers tab.
  3. You’ll see your offers listed in four sections:
  • Not sent
  • Sent
  • Accepted
  • Expired/Rescinded

Not Sent

Offers that you’ve started but haven’t completed.

  • In the Actions section, you’ll have the option to Update & Send or Delete Offer.

Sent Offers

Offers that have been sent and are pending the employee’s decision.

  • In the Actions section, you’ll have the option to View, Update, or Rescind Offer because the offer has not yet been accepted.

Accepted Offers

Offers that have been sent and signed by the employee.

  • In the Actions section, you’ll have the option to View or Download the offer.

Expired/Rescind

Offers that you sent but were never accepted either because you rescinded the offer or it expired before the employee signed it.

  • In the Actions section, you’ll have the option to Archive the offer.
