Reactivate your Gusto account
If you suspended your Gusto account you may be able to reactivate it and continue processing payroll. Follow the steps below to start the reactivation process:
- Sign in to your Gusto account.
- From the dashboard, click Reactivate Account.
- Select your next check date with Gusto.
- Select if you have run a payroll with another provider.
- Check the box if you understand.
- Click Submit.
- We will reach out to you within two business days if your account is eligible to be reactivated.
