Approve paid time off requests for managers

Once your employee submits a time off request, their assigned manager will receive an email notification. A reminder will also appear as a sticky note on the manager's Dashboard. The manager can approve the request by following these steps.

  1. Click the Time Off tab.
  2. Under My Team's Time Off, click Manage Requests.
  3. Under To Review, click a request.
  4. View the request.
  5. Add a note to your employee wishing them well on their time off (optional).
  6. Click Approve.

Your employee will be emailed once the request has been approved. Approved time off hours will be processed in payroll, and the employee's available time off balance will be updated.
