Approve your draft payroll bill in Xero
After your payroll is processed, we'll sync the details to your Xero account. A draft payroll bill will appear in your Xero account for approval, which contains all taxes, wage expenses, and liabilities from that payroll.
- Log into your Xero account.
- Click the Accounts tab.
- Select Purchases.
- Under Bills, click the Draft amount box.
- View the draft payroll bill, and click Approve.
Payroll amounts are now ready for reconciliation with your bank transactions in Xero.
