Estimate a new employee's benefits cost
If your benefits are managed by Gusto and you have a new employee joining your team or you’re about to extend an offer, you can get an estimate of their benefits cost from your Gusto admin account. Log on and follow these steps:
- Click the Benefits tab.
- Click Estimate New Hire Cost.
- Enter the employee’s personal information.
- First name
- Last name
Note: Estimated costs are used for illustrative purposes only. Actual costs will vary. Assumptions & methodology: The estimated cost assumes that any child dependent is younger that 18 and any spouse is the same age as the employee.
