Change the name of a custom document

  1. Navigate to the Documents tab.
  2. Click on the document you wish to rename.
  3. Click Rename Template.
  4. Enter the new name for your document. 

Change the audience of a custom document

After a document has been submitted for mapping the audience of the document cannot be changed. If you would like to invite a different group of employees to sign a document you must submit it again for mapping. 

Note: You can select to have new hires, existing employees, or both groups sign documents. You cannot assign documents on a individual level.

Change the content of a custom document

If you need to make a change to the content of an approved document you must delete the current version and upload the updated version to be mapped again.

Delete a custom document

  1. Navigate to the Documents tab.
  2. Under Actions, click on the blue dots next to the document you wish to delete. 
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Delete Document
  5. The document will no longer show in your Documents tab, but any signed versions of the document will remain in your employees' accounts for future reference.
