Submit or check the status of a HR Resource Center ticket

Customers on the Concierge plan can use the HR Resource Center to work with an HR Advisor who understands your business and your unique HR challenges.

Keep in mind: your Gusto account must be fully set up first, and access to the team of HR Pros & Resource Center is limited to one HR Resource Center admin per Gusto account.

When working with the HR Professionals, do not disclose any personally identifiable information (PII) or protected health information (PHI) about you or your employees.

Submit a ticket to the HR Pros

  1. Click the HR Resources tab in your Gusto account.
  2. Click any of the tiles to enter the HR Resource Center portal.
  3. Click the HR-On Demand tile in the portal.
  4. Select Ask the Pro.
  5. Scroll to the field where you can submit your question.

Check the status of a ticket submitted to the HR Pros

  1. Click the HR Resources tab in your Gusto account.
  2. Click any of the tiles to enter the HR Resource Center portal.
  3. Click the HR-On Demand tile in the portal.
  4. Select My Tickets.

Here you can view the ticket submission, ticket status, and review responses.

Contact the HR Pros

The HR Pros are available Monday-Friday from 5am PT to 5pm PT. Head to the Dedicated Support section of your admin profile to get their phone number.

Keep in mind: you must be the designated HR Resource Admin in order to contact them.
