Q: Do I need Premium to get Gusto HR Partners?
A: No. Gusto HR Partners is available to eligible customers on Plus or Premium.
Q: Is Ask an HR Expert the same as having an HR Partner?
A: No. With Ask an HR Expert, part of Premium, you submit a question in Gusto and get a written answer from Gusto’s HR Expert team, and the expert may vary each time. With Gusto HR Partners, you work directly with one named HR Partner who gets to know your business.
Q: Does my HR Partner watch for law changes that affect me?
A: Your HR Partner stays informed about law changes and can help with those that come up in your work together, but does not automatically monitor or alert you to every change. HR Law Updates, included with Premium, monitors your states, headcount, and industry and alerts you when a change may require action.
Q: What’s not included?
A: HR Partners are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. For highly sensitive matters, like harassment claims, work with an attorney or an independent investigator. You lead terminations and discipline and make the final decisions, and your HR Partner helps you prepare.
