If you're Gusto Partner, you can manage different aspects of your client's accounts from your partner dashboard. You can also manage your firm account settings, like adding or removing firm administrators or adding your firm logo.
For billing information, head to this article.
Note: Some actions can only be performed by the Firm admin, like adding or removing firm members.
If you’re the Firm Admin in Gusto, you can change the primary payroll administrator for clients right from your accountant profile.
If you’re not the Firm Admin, but are currently the primary payroll administrator for the company you're trying to change, you can still assign another admin the role.
If you do not see the option to change the primary admin, this means you are not the Firm Admin or the current primary admin. Reach out to either the Firm Admin or current primary admin to make this change.
If you need to subtract an overpayment of S corp benefits, or enter benefits for the entire year, contact us from the Help or Priority support section of your account to assist with the adjustments.
For all other adjustments, follow the steps below:

This package includes all quarterly filings (e.g., 941, withholding returns, unemployment returns, etc.) from the Documents section of your clients' account. Quarter 4 (Q4) tax packages will include annual Forms 940 and/or Forms 944.

If your client’s account is billed directly to them, then they must cancel their own account.
If you need to remove a company from the firm dashboard, you'll need to reach out to the primary administrator at the company and ask that they remove you as a payroll administrator.
