Goal tracking in Gusto has four phases:

Employees and US contractors can record their individual goals in Gusto.
Admins and managers can record goals for themselves or assign goals to their direct reports.
At this time, non-US contractors cannot create or be assigned a goal.
Get progress updates from your team.
Admins can set up monthly reminders for employees and US contractors to update the status of their goals.
Track progress over time.
Admins, managers, employees, and US contractors can provide status updates on their goals at any time.
Use your dashboard to view real-time insights and activity logs. Follow up with team members as needed.
View goals while completing performance reviews.
Reviewers can use past goal information to complete performance reviews and self-evaluations. Employees can use it to complete self-evaluations.
