This article is for employers who want to run payroll and manage their team from the Gusto mobile app (formerly Gusto Wallet). The app is available on iOS® and Android™ phones through the App Store® and Google Play® store.1
To set up the app, download it from either the App Store® or Google Play® store (depending on the device you have) and sign in.
Employees can also track time, request time off, access tax documents, and more in the mobile app.
In the mobile app, you can currently access these features:
Taxes and compliance
You can access all your Gusto account features in your web browser.
You can get help in the mobile app from the home page or the Run payroll screen.
Contact Gusto from the home page
To contact us from your Gusto mobile app:
Sign in to the Gusto mobile app.
In the top-right of the screen, tap the Profile icon.
Scroll down to Help and tap Contact us.

If you need help while in Run payroll, tap Get help in the top-right corner of your screen. The app opens an FAQ page. Scroll down and tap Contact us.
