This article is for admins who manage business insurance.
The Business Insurance hub is where you view, manage, and shop for business insurance policies in Gusto. You can review active coverage, access insurance documents, and explore new policies. Our partner, NEXT Insurance, powers these offerings.
You can find business insurance offerings in three places:
On your Gusto dashboard (look for a recommendation card)
During onboarding for owner-only companies
In the Business Insurance hub under Taxes & Compliance
We partner with NEXT Insurance to offer business coverage. You can apply and purchase policies tailored to your business in just a few minutes.
General Liability: Covers costs for property damage or non-employee injuries
Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions): Covers mistakes or negligence for service-based businesses
Business Owner’s Policy (BOP): Combines General Liability and Commercial Property
Commercial Property: Protects your office, shop, or equipment
Workers’ Compensation: Helps cover medical costs and lost wages for employees hurt on the job. Learn more about how workers’ comp is set up and managed in Gusto.
