Switch between Gusto profiles and accounts

If you can't find a certain tab or are having issues navigating your account, you might be logged into the wrong user type. 

Gusto users can have more than one profile designated to a single email address—like employee accounts and administrator accounts— and can also have one email address associated with multiple companies

If your email login is used for multiple Gusto profiles or account types, follow these steps to toggle between them: 

  1. Sign in to your Gusto account.
  2. Click your profile name that appears on the upper-right corner.
  3. Select your desired profile or account.

If you don't see an account that you're looking for in the dropdown, the company may have a different email address associated with your account. If this is the case, reach out to the admin of that company to verify.
