Employees can change their personal email address (or password) at any time. If they're not receiving emails, ask that they check their spam folder and make sure their personal email address is correct in their employee profile under the Job & Pay tab.
If a work email address needs to be updated, admins must make the change in the employee's profile on their behalf.
